26 anglers fished this 1-Day Division 96 qualifier on Clarks Hill Lake out of the Dorn Facility near McCormick, SC. Day one started out at 53 degrees, raining with a 10 to 15 mph wind and ended with the 3 pm weigh-in at 49 degrees and still raining. Water temps were in the high 50’s to low 60’s. This was a raw, miserable day and the challenge was to keep dry and warm. Several anglers left early as fishing was tough. Water was clear on the main lake and stained in the backs of creeks and rivers.
